Streamer

The BCI transport streamer allows for recording and /or playback of transport streams.  Streams can be configured to auto-launch up to 128 configured output channels.  These streams can loop 24/7 with a super clean transition point to not disturb any downstream equipment.  Files can be as short as a few seconds for continuous looping.  The Streamer can either play your existing transport stream (TS) files or it also has the option to record files from your encoder, allowing for a carbon copy TS of your encoding standards when playback occurs.  The Streamer also works in conjunction with the Mobility Blackout software to allow the scheduling of transport stream replacement with your TS files.  Streamer combined with Mobility Blackout is an amazing package to protect broadcast rights.

Features:

- Capable of 128 simultaneous unique streams or port saturation

- 24/7 looping of TS with clean transitions at loop points

- Recording exactly what your encoder produces

- Playing an exact copy of what was recorded (same TS as encoder)

- Double buffering of a single logical TS on two network ports

- Simultaneous hardware-assisted, zero-jitter transmission and reception of multiple transport streams over IP networks

- Checksum computation and validation, 2D FEC generation with programmable D and L in hardware

- Advanced hardware-based IPv4 and IPv4 address matcher to offload the driver

- Time stamping of incoming IP packets
