Air-Time Automation
The Air-Time automation software is a full-scale automation solution designed for multiple playlist operations. From ingest to playout, the Air-Time automation software provides new concepts for playout automation. Working with leaders in the broadcast industry, BCI created a reliable, scalable and sophisticated automation system. A feature called “Smart-Link” connects playlists together allowing for seamless transitions with mismatched content lengths. Unlimited, intelligent secondary events are also included allowing traffic control of scheduling some of the new high-tech secondaries required by industry-leading broadcasters. Using the engine behind ICM, Air-Time applications provide direct interactive control with the Nexio® MediaBase™ and allow all metadata fields to be interactive and immediately available to all other Nexio® products. Direct traffic interfacing and reconciliation is available from all popular traffic vendors. Air-Time automation also has companion software “Air-Time Lite” giving broadcasters a starting point from a basic playlist which can be upgraded to full-scale, multiple channel automation. Air-Time is fully Unicode and HD compatible. Air-Time is an agile automation solution for today and in the future.
